Overview
PatternWorks Aviation builds iOS applications for general aviation pilots. We believe your data is personal, and we design all our apps to keep it that way.
Data Collection
We do not collect any personal data. Our applications operate entirely on your device:
- All information you enter is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad
- No data is transmitted to our servers or any third parties
- No analytics or tracking services are used
- No account creation is required
Data Storage
Your data is stored using Apple's standard iOS storage mechanisms. This data:
- Remains on your device
- Is included in your iCloud backups if you have iCloud backup enabled
- Is deleted when you uninstall the app
Sharing Features
Some of our apps allow you to generate and share reports (such as PDFs). These files are created locally on your device. If you choose to share or email a report, that action uses your device's standard sharing capabilities—we have no access to where you send it or who receives it.
Third-Party Services
Our applications do not integrate with any third-party services, advertising networks, or analytics platforms.
Children's Privacy
Our applications do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Our apps are intended for use by pilots, who must be at least 16 years old to hold a student pilot certificate.
